专科护理干预对血透患者睡眠障碍与心理状态的改善效果评价（Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Specialized Nursing Intervention on the Improvement of Sleep Disorders and Psychological States in Hemodialysis Patients）

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the value of the specialized nursing intervention program in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods From June 2024 to October 2025, 82 patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis treatment were selected for clinical research. They were divided into groups using the odd-even grouping method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing guidance, and the experimental group received specialized nursing intervention. The sleep disorder degree and psychological state indicators of the two groups were observed, and the improvement of treatment compliance attitude and self-management ability in the two groups were analyzed. Results (1) After intervention, the sleep disorder degree, anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05. (2) Compared with the control group, the treatment compliance attitude score of the experimental group was higher, and the self-management ability score of this group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion In the nursing of maintenance hemodialysis patients, the implementation of specialized nursing intervention can help alleviate their psychological stress, improve their sleep disorder degree, and also promote the improvement of their treatment compliance attitude.
