Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of combined application of integrated disease-specifi c nursing and collaborative nursing models on the quality of life and rehabilitation in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods The study period for clinical nursing research on elderly CHF patients was set from January 2025 to June 2025. A total of 40 patients with heart failure who received intermittent repeated treatment with levosemendamine in the hospital’s cardiology department during this period were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table method: one group (n=20) received only clinical nursing care, while the other group received both integrated disease-specifi c nursing and collaborative nursing models. Results Post-intervention, elderly patients demonstrated signifi cantly improved service satisfaction with higher overall scores (P<0.01). The combined group showed substantial improvement in health status, with signifi cant enhancements in all dimensions of quality of life scores compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined application of integrated disease-specifi c nursing and collaborative nursing models for CHF can eff ectively manage chronic heart failure symptoms, alleviate emotional distress, optimize patients’ quality of life, and enhance overall service satisfaction.
