In this article, the improvement of the management mechanism of service enterprises, the organization of management decisions and the activities of the manager and his employees, the principles of the implementation of the management decision-making process in the field, the stages of management decision-making and implementation, the execution and control of the decisions made, in the activities of enterprises the role of the leader in the process of making management decisions and the specific features of improving management efficiency in service enterprises are studied.
