This article presents a case study of a patient with bullous pemphigoid who was treated with dupilumab and showed significant improvement in skin lesions and reduced levels of autoantibodies. RNA-seq analysis showed that dupilumab reduced the expression of genes related to interleukin signaling, myeloid leukocyte activation, and T-cell activation, suggesting that it may effectively reduce disease activity in BP patients.
