Singularities in temperature and time dependence of charge motion in solid helium

The results of measurements of the dynamic and static characteristics of a diode in solid helium are presented. With the voltage switched on in a stepwise fashion the velocity of charge motion in the helium can be assessed from the position of the current maxima in the time diagrams. A composition plot of the activation energy versus the specific volume is presented for diffusion of various microparticles in He3. The I(T) curves of the current as a function of the temperature in He4 have been found to have maxima at low voltages.
