Abstract

Erythromelalgia (EM) is a characteristic triad of symptoms, including erythema, burning pain, and local rise of temperature. Secondary EM is associated with numerous systemic diseases and can be an initial clue to diagnose autoimmune disease such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Here, we have reported a case of SLE with EM being a predominant presentation of SLE in the absence of any other classical clinical manifestations.
