Equilibrium properties of the electron–hole liquid in semiconductors

Theoretical works devoted to the equilibrium properties of the electron-hole liquid in semiconductors are discussed. In particular, the binding energy, equilibrium density, surface tension, charge, and the critical temperature and density are considered.
