DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF DEPARTMENTAL UNIVERSITIES: HARMONIZATION OF THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR INFORMATION SECURITY

The need for regulatory changes and harmonization of the regulatory framework in the implementation of measures and works on the digital transformation of multilevel organizational systems of various types is obvious, and the issue is undoubtedly relevant. In the field of information security, harmonization of regulatory documents should be carried out not upon the fact of the result obtained or the organization and conduct of work at the appropriate stage or stage of digital transformation, but with a certain advance, in relation to all components and components of organizational systems. Subordinate educational organizations are located in specific verticals of regulatory legal relations implemented by levels of education in accordance with federal legislation, departmental organizational management structures, and in relation to information security – in the system of mega-regulation of technological independence and security of the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, which determines a comprehensive study of information security through harmonization of the regulatory framework of digital transformation of departmental educational organizations.
