About tubular absorption and removing of albumin from primary ultrafiltrate. Work is about proximal tubul and mechanism for reabsorption and transport of protein and peptid. Pathological protenuria is segmented on glomerul,tubul,hiper-production/overflow,and histuria. Work contains protenuria in different forms, transitiv, ortostatic and persistence.
